TVS IPL completes $100mn fund raise from NIIF

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd. (TVS ILP), a leading #logistics infrastructure and #warehousing company and part of the #TVSMobilityGroup, has strengthened its #partnership with NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited (NIIF IFL). TVS IPL received the investment in three phases totaling roughly $100 million.

Capitalising on the partnership, TVS ILP plans to double its portfolio to 20 million sq ft with an investment of approximately $400 million.
